Volcano Bay Waterpark, Universal Studios
6 Main Vehicular and Foot Traffic Bridges on average 20’x 40’, 4 of which were gluelam timber bridges, the other 2 were steel pipe bridges with steel framed canopies; 3 Suspension Bridges 3’x 30’; 1 Pedestrian Bridge roughly 5’ x 20’; 1 Boardwalk roughly 85 LF; Only Access to the top of main attraction- 2 stair cases roughly 175’ in height each, built with steel frame and exotic hardwood posts and treads, with vinyl coated cable rails, continuous grabrail up both sides of each staircase, and safety mesh infill; All restaurant railings throughout the park, including over 2,300 LF of custom milled exotic hardwood perimeter and queue railing, with decorative handcrafted wooden posts, over 150 LF of custom steel queue rails and decorative posts themed to look as wood.
We also completed various maintenance work, behind the scenes walkways, staircases, floor and deck re-surfacing, safety grab rail at the entry and throughout the park, etc…
Disney Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney Caribbean Beach Resort
New/Additional Work Bid on during the project was awarded in the amount of $228,000. Additional work included replacing additional boardwalk area, framing and millwork on various other areas of project to aid Austin in meeting deadlines for the owner, as well as new/added scope to install ground stabilization features and site work.
Products: New Boardwalk using composite decking, pressure treated timber framing and piling, custom milled steel and wooden handrails, lighting features, ground stabilization, erosion controls, millwork installation, security camera installation, among various other items as requested by Austin Commercial to ensure deadlines were met for owner.

Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Silver Springs State Park
This project is a perfect example of how we are capable of adapting any design to minimize the negative impacts on the surrounding environment. We were able to various bridges and boardwalks.
TECO Florida Conservation & Technology Center, Tampa Electric Company
We were asked to build a long lasting stable structure with a view over looking a conservation area.
